We've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The updates mostly center around our new Expensify Travel functionality (join the waitlist). There are also some housekeeping items (e.g. "policies" are called "workspaces" now), clarifications around SMS (for those with a phone number as their primary login), and updates on how cash back from the Expensify Card is calculated (example: if you default on your payment, you don't get cash back).
As always, we're sending this notification to everyone with an Expensify account. Continued use of Expensify following the update constitutes acceptance of our updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
