From now on, Free plan users will have access to our customer support team only for a 90-day complimentary period after signup. After that, ongoing access to expert support will be available exclusively through a paid plan.   To ensure a smooth transition, all existing Free plan users will retain access to complimentary support and ticket submission until August 4, 2025. This adjustment will help us focus our efforts on delivering the highest level of service to our most engaged users.   If you'd like to maintain access to direct support after August 4, 2025, please explore our subscription options here.
