Nebula Control Center Upgrade Notification

Dear Nebula Admins,

From Apr.13, 2026 0:20 AM to Apr.13, 2026 1:00 AM UTC+0, we will be upgrading Nebula Control Center (NCC) to release 20.00 by adding some improvements and new features.

Also, with this new update, we will have Latest firmware released for devices including

  • Firewall: USG FLEX H series (V1.38)

that enables them to support these NCC enhancements. If you have these devices and your firmware type setting in NCC firmware management configured with Latest option, please follow the instructions of the firmware notification emails sent to you after the new update has been done.

Take a look at what has been included in NCC 20.00:

Common NCC (Organization, Site-wide …etc.) enhancements:

  1. Elevated the MSP Portal with Google Maps integration, providing an intuitive way to visualize and navigate organizations globally. (Nebula MSP Pack license is required)
  2. Refined the MSP Admin & Teams and corresponding Org-wide Administrators UI to provide a simplified, more intuitive experience and enhanced operational clarity (Nebula MSP Pack license is required)
  3. Expanded SecuReporter synergy to support specialized Threat Reports for MSP administrators. (Nebula MSP Pack license is required)
  4. Added MSP-defined Product ID field for each Nebula device to enable easier asset tracking and system integration for MSPs.
  5. PAYG customers will now have clearer license status presentation in Org-wide License & Inventory and only receive expiration alerts for licenses outside their automated billing scope.
  6. Enabled direct device name editing across multiple views, including AP/Switch lists, Org-wide License & Inventory, and the MSP Device & License Inventories.

Wireless LAN (WLAN) enhancements:

  1. Introduced 'Existing User Protection' feature for Captive Portal clients, enhancing user session management capabilities.
  2. Enhanced RADIUS authentication security with MS-CHAPv2 support, enabling stronger mutual authentication and encryption mechanisms.
  3. Added Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) QoS configuration to Advanced SSID settings, enabling granular traffic prioritization and enhanced user experience.
  4. Expanded WBE665S deployment flexibility with configurable Indoor/Outdoor installation environment options.
  5. Extended WISP functionality with Ethernet Forwarding mode and AFC readiness capabilities, incorporating GPS-based site mapping and customizable device height parameters for enhanced deployment flexibility.

Switching enhancements:

  1. Upgraded the Port Advisor with improved detection accuracy and UI. (Nebula Pro Pack license is required)
  2. Added 'Refresh' button for Switch stacking to retrieve the latest status. (Nebula Pro Pack license is required)
  3. Added 'Template Status' column to the switch port list for quick identification of overridden port settings against configurations from Configuration Templates.

Security Firewall enhancements:

  1. New Content Filter category: Gen-AI for USG FLEX H series.
  2. Added CDR support for USG FLEX H series.
  3. Empowered the USG FLEX H to claim and migrate existing licenses from an ATP or USG FLEX device, safeguarding your license investments.
  4. Improved DHCP reservation with IP-centric mapping.
  5. Added multiple SSL VPN Client profiles support.
  6. Added Captive Portal support for USG FLEX H series.
